As an added convenience, we offer the availability of leaving non-urgent messages on our office answering machine thereby avoiding the need for you to wait on hold during busy office hours. Simply leave a message at any time when we are not routinely taking calls (nighttime or weekends, including the lunch hour and during our Monday and Thursday dinner hour). Leave your name, your child's name, a brief description of your concerns and a time and telephone number at which you can be reached and a nurse will return your call when we are in the office the next time. This can be used to request medication refills, a return call about a non-urgent matter or a request a visit for a sick child. We hope this helps to save your time.
